Growing Top producing real estate team looking to add a Client Care Manager to our amazing team. Candidate must be a Lake County (IL) resident, and able to work in a fast paced, professional environment.

Duties will include:

  • Answering phones- you will often be the first point of contact for our clients and must be able to provide EXCELLENT customer service at all times.
  • You will need to be a good listener and take detailed phone messages.
  • Accurately distributing messages
  • Entering caller/client data
  • Addressing client greeting cards
  • Helping both the Listing & Closing Managers with tasks as needed
  • Other basic office duties
  • Occasional errand running (dropping off lockboxes, brochures, home checks, etc)

We are looking for someone with the following skills/attributes:

  • Must be  extremely  computer savvy.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess  EXCEPTIONAL  attention to detail. We are a multi-million-dollar real estate team and there is  little  margin for error in our office.
  • Spectacular organizational skills.
  • Able to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
  • Must be a quick learner and an excellent problem solver.
  • Possess a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, at times having the ability to think outside the box.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Flexibility to respond to emails outside of typical business hours as needed.

Previous experience in real estate preferred.
