Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance of procedure and exam rooms, in compliance with OSHA
  • Prepare C-arm for procedures and patients
  • Set up procedure room for MD
  • Verify accuracy of all patient documentation and time outs prior to procedure
  • Positioning patient on procedure table
  • Operating C-Arm and all imaging during procedures
  • Assist physicians with all procedures
  • Works alongside Anesthesia employees to ensure quality patient experience
  • Tracking all clinic inventory and medicine
  • Orders necessary medications such as steroids, Botox, and other supplies as needed
  • Assist Recovery with transitioning patient from table to wheelchair
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Completion of an ARRT approved school of radiologic technology.
  • Current state Radiologic License(s)/certificate(s) as required by federal and state regulations.
  • 1+ Years' experience operating a C-Arm, preferred
  • Positive and upbeat personality required

Skills and Abilities

  • EMR experience required
  • MS Outlook experience preferred

  • Requires walking and standing approximately 90% of the work day
  • Ability to sit at a desk for approximately 10% of the work day
  • Must be able to exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
  • Must have finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination to work on computer, telephone, and related office equipment
  • Must be able to have repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement to type and work on a computer
  • Must have clarity of vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to speak and hear clearly
  • Must be able to communicate with patients verbally and write legibly
  • Regular attendance is a necessary and essential job duty
