Responsibilities

•Identify and recruit qualified candidates for the agent positions in Houston.
•Track and analyze weekly applicant data.
•Arrange and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
•Maintain communication with candidates and update the Senior Partner on recruitment progress.
•Build strong relationships with recruiters and manage recruitment resources.
•Plan and participate in career events and recruitment activities.
•Search databases for resumes and conduct outreach to potential candidates.
•Assist with onboarding processes, including licensing, contract preparation, and training agendas.
•Manage social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
•Participate in regular staff meetings.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not required).
