Provides leadership and support for the Medical Center’s peer review process

Provides Patient Safety and QI case reviews

Remote/Hybrid opportunity PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Using the medical record, performs clinical data abstraction and review related to mortalities

Creates and runs the bi-weekly mortality report and other reports
-
Coordinates the mortality review process and presents finding to the Medical Quality Improvement Committee

Conducts patient safety and other QI case reviews as requested REQUIREMENTS

License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington required by start date
-
At least 5 years of nursing experience to include inpatient critical care nursing experience AND at least 3 years of nursing experience in an academic medical center
