JDP is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in Melrose Park, IL Area! <br><br><strong>QA / QC Supervisor</strong><br><br><strong>Day Shift & Night Shift Available</strong><br><br><strong>Plastics Experience</strong><br><br><ul><li>4+ years of lead or quality supervisory for Blow molding / Injection Molding products.</li><li>Prior leadership experience is required.</li><li>The preferred candidate will have experience with the structured quality control stage gate process.</li><li>Expertise in ISO/TS types of quality systems is required.</li><li>The candidate must have demonstrated quality leadership and people management skills and exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li>Candidate must be able to influence team dynamics regarding quality goals, deliver constructive feedback, and provide quality leadership in a cross-functional environment.</li><li>Must have a general knowledge of appropriate manufacturing quality assurance and control methods, processes, and equipment.</li><li>Mechanically inclined with the ability to roll up your sleeves to help get the job done.</li><li>Strong leadership skills, including a demonstrated ability to supervise and manage others, foster open communication, and support an environment of high growth and innovation.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are a must. The candidate must have experience with typical quality gauges and instrumentation plus understand engineering drawing</li></ul>
