What You'll Be Doing: Leading Quality Culture Transformation : Champion a culture of continuous improvement, aiming for cost savings, quality enhancements, and safety advancements. Maintaining ISO Standards : Oversee the quality system, ensuring ISO quality standards are consistently met across operations, including performing as the ISO Management Representative. Process Improvement : Utilize lean methodologies to identify, prioritize, and address quality issues, fostering an environment of efficiency and excellence. Supervisory Responsibilities : Lead the Quality Control personnel, overseeing hiring, training, performance reviews, and departmental strategies to ensure operational excellence. Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with all department heads to coordinate efforts aimed at reducing scrap and addressing quality concerns effectively.

You're Probably a Match If You Have: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience, especially in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Inspection and Quality Control methods, techniques, and equipment, with a preference for experience in the label printing industry. A deep understanding of Microsoft Office Software and the ability to quickly adapt to specialized software programs.
