RN/House Supervisor-Nursing Admin

The Supervisor will assist the Director with day-to-day management of the department. The Supervisor will assist in staffing the department,
process improvement, meeting budgetary goals, quality assurance activities, staff recruitment and retention, data collection, patient safety
initiatives, and education of staff as well as educational activities for staff and students pursuant to the objectives, policies, mission, vision and
core values of the organization. The Supervisor will be assigned to care for patients based on the needs of the department. Hours and days vary.
Weekends and Holidays may be required
Secure Training active or obtained within 60 days of employment.
This position is required to be on site.
