We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for project assignments. Your role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, managing work breakdown structures, and ensuring resource needs are met. You'll monitor project progress throughout its duration, manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, and write contract scopes of deliverables. Additionally, you'll handle project support activities, including risk management, meeting facilitation, and communication.<br> <br>Mandatory Skills & Experience:<br> <ul> <li> <strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in a Project Manager role, specifically managing IT projects.</li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>conducting Vendor Implementation projects</strong>, from RFP to Contract Negotiations through Product Implementation.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>VOIP migration</strong> is a significant advantage.</li> <li>A passion for <strong>delivering an exceptional customer experience</strong>.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying issues, obstacles, and opportunities, and implementing effective solutions.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in using <strong>Microsoft Office Suites</strong>, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online.</li></ul> <ul> <li> <strong>Environment:</strong> This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days a week onsite.
