We are a trusted partner by delivering this through our technical capabilities, innovative approach, and a motivated team that is committed to operational excellence.<br><br>We are currently looking for a <strong>Program Manager</strong> working directly in our Madison Heights lab ensuring robust testing services to be provided to external customers.Applus+ Reliable Analysis (Applus+ RA) is expanding the testing laboratory providing testing and engineering services to the manufacturers and key suppliers in the transportation, automotive, defense and industrial sectors. <br><br>As a key team member within the operations team, the position will include a variety of standard and non-standard test projects within the laboratory department assigned for timely and accurate results with supervision support as required. <br><br><strong>Job description</strong><br><br>Work closely with the operations and business development team to provide technical input for quotation development and complex testing set-ups for laboratory testing<br><br>Assist in the preparation set-ups, testing, and data analysis evaluation based on Applus-Reliable Analysis SOPs, designated standards, clients' instructions to meet client and/or regulatory needs. <br><br>Work with the operations management, engineering, fabrication and technician staff to track and schedule fixture builds, equipment utilization and testing programs to ensure on time delivery to clients.<br><br>Assists in the preparation/set-ups/testing/evaluation/monitoring of samples/parts based on Applus-Reliable Analysis SOPs, designated standards, clients' instructions to meet client and/or regulatory needs, as required. <br><br>Reviews laboratory generated worksheets and/or logbooks to maintain traceability of what was done.<br><br>Verify that the proper records and up-to-date calibration on equipment for technical reports. <br><br>Ensures all work complies with Applus-Reliable Analysis's Q.A manual and all written/verbal instructions.<br><br>Provides information, opinion, and recommendation/advice to supervisors/management regarding status of tests and issues that can affect clients timing. <br><br>Assists in the generation of technical reports and certificates as required.<br><br>Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.<br><br>Performs other functions as required by immediate supervisor or delegate.
