The Project Manager position will have the responsibility of planning, procurement, and execution of a project. The Project Manager will determine the scope of the project, provide needed resources and work within budgets and timelines from initiation , planning, execution and closure. This position will report to the Director of Construction on status of projects, deadlines, and upcoming events. They will work with various departments and contractors to ensure communication is up to date and accurate on changes, financial impact, and on-time deliverables for projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Project Management: Maintain pertinent information for all new restaurant openings, existing restaurant remodel, updates
· Timelines/Scheduling
· Budgeting
· Invoicing and Contract Management
· Procurement of materials and equipment

Required Qualifications:

· Construction/ Project Management experience
· Minimum of 5 years of construction experience
· A bachelor's degree in Construction, Project, or Business Management (PMP certification preferred)
· Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of commonly used construction management software
Ability to travel to restaurants as needed

Other requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25lbs., 5-10 feet
Ability to carry up to 120 feet
Ability to reach up to 6 feet, 2-4 is typical
Ability to work off counter heights of 36-42 inches
Ability to move through 24-inch aisles and spaces as small as 12 inches
