Hope, AR AREA 2 Openings Competitive Salary + Bonus Relo: Yes Our client company is seeking a mechanical engineer and an electrical engineer to be responsible for the design, revision, modification, layout, and requisition of plant machinery and equipment to insure a steady and continuous production flow. You must be willing to: • Implement changes/additions, improve safety/efficiency/reliability of machinery/equipment • Evaluate suggestions/estimate cost/supervise installation of new equipment • Use CMMS to prepare work request/work orders/purchase parts/equipment • Assist in trouble shooting/analysis of any problems in the plant • Actively participate in efforts to reduce maintenance costs/all operating costs • Act as mentor in working with co-op engineers/associate engineers • Maintain an awareness of the latest developments within the industry Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY): • BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • 3 - 10 years of relevant work experience (co-op experience counts) • Project Management experience preferred • Understands Lean Manufacturing principles Client requests resumes be submitted in Word Doc format, '97-2003, with contact information outside of a header Please tell us: Where do you currently reside?
