Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of staffing processes, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and manage relationships with both clients and internal teams. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence, reducing turnover, and ensuring the seamless integration of new hires into client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full staffing lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and build strong client relationships in new markets.
  • Manage compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly within highly regulated sectors such as manufacturing.
  • Work closely with client companies to understand their staffing requirements and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
  • Implement and refine processes for recruitment, onboarding, and talent management to enhance overall productivity and minimize turnover.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, acting as a point of contact for client relationships.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage internal staff to ensure operational goals are met and AAPs ethical and compliance standards are upheld.
  • Lead and opening of new offices in states such as Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, and Florida.
  • Drive business development initiatives to generate new leads and expand the client base in operating states.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support multi-state expansion while maintaining consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Analyze operational metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the staffing or recruitment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements within industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and consumer goods.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
