We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join our team and support program launches. In this role you will provide leadership in coordinating, and motivating efforts of program team members and ensure efficient use of company resources. This role is also responsible for ensuring customer and company requirements are met including quality, timing, and cost. This is a full-time travel position, and your home must be located near a major airport, and be located in CST or EST time zone, to support our factories in the midwest (our locations can be viewed here - https://www.revereplasticssystems.com/locations/).

Responsibilities

  • Leads regular reviews with management.
  • Works with necessary resources to maintain strong customer relationships with dedication to customer program schedules.
  • Manages program budgets to meet or exceed award of business targets.
  • Plans and formulates programs and organizes resources according to program scope.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental program activities to specific phases, such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, product testing, layout and part submission procedures.
  • Assist in developing control plans and FMEAs.
  • Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems, design changes, specification and drawing releases, and ensures project scope is maintained.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be self-directed with the ability to work independently, highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy due to having access to complex and sensitive documents. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are also essential. Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers as well as all levels of the management staff.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (technical engineering field preferred) ; and 2-3 Years related experience in program management role in manufacturing industry; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Fluent in PC applications for cost tracking, budgeting, and program management.
  • Exposure to both product engineering and manufacturing operations.
  • Plastics Injection molding experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge in the design of injection molds preferred.
  • Familiar with typical secondary processes that apply to injection molded assemblies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Must have time management skills, be able to prioritize, and multitask.
