Our programs include, but are not limited to, ABA Therapy for Children, Community Day Program, Community Living, Mental Health, Employment and Career Services, and Foster Care. Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Develop and publish job postings on the applicant tracking system and other external platforms. · Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process. · Grow and foster relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent. · Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to become familiar with departmental needs. · Assist with coordination of new hire orientation. · Monitor background screening processes for all applicants and employees, as required. · Provide ongoing training and support to hiring managers on regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices. · Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find prospective employees. · Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies · Maintain and manage applicant tracking system. · Participate in professional development activities. · Serve on agency committees as assigned. · Other relevant duties as assigned.
