Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Develop and publish job postings on the applicant tracking system and other external platforms. · Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process. · Grow and foster relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent. · Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to become familiar with departmental needs. · Assist with coordination of new hire orientation. · Monitor background screening processes for all applicants and employees, as required. · Provide ongoing training and support to hiring managers on regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices. · Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find prospective employees. · Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies · Maintain and manage applicant tracking system. · Participate in professional development activities. · Serve on agency committees as assigned. · Other relevant duties as assigned.
