We are hiring for 2nd Shift Production Associates at our medical device manufacturing plant in Elkton, MD. No experience is needed!

Job Summary:

Performs manual and/or repetitive job duties in support of the production department.

Job Details:

1.       Associate is responsible to follow requirements of applicable national and international regulations.

2.       Work safely and perform quality work.

3.       Packs, bags, inspects, weighs, and moves product or product parts.

4.       Maintains clean work area.

5.       Participates in project performance team meetings on behalf of the job unit in order to provide ideas, methods, or processes for unit/company performance improvement.

6.       Associate is responsible to follow requirements of TMC Quality System; including but not limited to: process controls, inspection procedures, document/data control, and change control practices.

7.       Performs other job related duties as assigned.

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Typically requires manual dexterity/hand-eye coordination with 20/20, equivalent, or corrective vision.

 Background Experiences

Entry level position that typically requires a high school diploma with the ability to follow instructions and accurate record-keeping ability.
