<strong>Sign on Bonus: $1,000.00 </strong>Conditions Apply.<br><br><strong>SUMMARY:</strong> Hemico is a developer, manufacturer and distributor of FAA (Federal <br><br>Aviation Administration) Approved aftermarket PMA (Parts Manufacturing Approval). <br><br>Hemico offers customers a cost-effective solution for replacement parts, which meet or <br><br>exceed the quality of OEM parts.<br><br>Hemico's parent company, AeroRepair Corp, is an FAA and EASA Certified Repair <br><br>Station, with a self-contained machine shop. AeroRepair Corp specializes in the repair <br><br>and overhaul of aircraft brakes, wheel assemblies, tire replacements, landing gear and <br><br>other mechanical components. AeroRepair and Hemico are located in Londonderry, <br><br>NH, next to Manchester Airport (MHT). AeroRepair performs brake and wheel repair <br><br>and overhaul services in Manchester, NH as well as its facilities in Indianapolis, Indiana, <br><br>Griffin, Georgia (30 minutes south of Atlanta), Phoenix, Arizona, Dallas, TX., Miami, FL., <br><br>Montreal, Quebec, and Calgary, Alberta, Cheshire, U.K.<br><br>We have an opportunity for an outgoing, dedicated, positive, team player to become a <br><br>part of our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits: <br><br>Attention to detail, Time management, Excellent oral and written communication, <br><br>Positive attitude, and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.<br><br><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong><br><br>*Develop data packages for FAA PMA (Parts Manufacturing Approval).<br><br>*Create 3-D models and manufacturing drawings of PMA articles.<br><br>*Develop Work Instructions to outline the manufacturing processes of PMA articles.<br><br>*Communicate effectively with customers and vendors. Ensuring timelines are met to <br><br>achieve desired goals.<br><br>*Essential Function<br><br>Assist with inventory control, placing purchase orders to replenish stocking levels.<br><br>Assist with quality inspections to conform articles meet design requirements. Disposition <br><br>non-conforming articles.<br><br>Create engineering change orders to update detailed manufacturing drawings.<br><br><strong>Qualifications, Education and other Requirements:</strong><br>&bull; BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required.<br>&bull; Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Access, MS Outlook.<br>&bull; Strong understanding of SolidWorks is required, with the ability to create models, <br>&bull; assemblies, and manufacturing prints.<br>&bull; General knowledge of applying GD&T (ASME Y14.5)<br>&bull; General knowledge of manufacturing techniques (casting, forgings, milling, turning, <br>&bull; etc.).<br>&bull; General knowledge of inspection techniques (micrometers, calipers, CMM) <br><br><strong>All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.</strong><br><br>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of <br><br>duties, activities or responsibilities that are required.
