We are actively seeking dynamic individuals to become valued members of our Client Service Representative (CSR) and Veterinary Assistant teams. As the frontline representatives of our hospital, CSR team members play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for both clients and patients. The Veterinary Assistant plays a key role in supporting our doctors, veterinary technicians, and providing exceptional care to our clients and their animal companions. The ideal candidate should be adept at following instructions, handling animals in various situations, and be an effective communicator within a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to clients and patients, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize computer skills for tasks such as appointment scheduling, record keeping, and data entry.
  • Manage telephone communications effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist doctors and veterinary technicians in various medical procedures and examinations.
  • Safely and efficiently handle animals, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Provide support in the maintenance and cleanliness of the clinic and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, and patients to ensure a positive experience for all parties.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required, but computer skills are preferred.
  • High school graduate education or equivalent is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach.
