Cloud and Premise Server Infrastructure Hardware and Software Management Administration, Maintenance, Consulting and Support.
Configuration, Support and Manage Cloud Services and Cloud Virtual Desktop Services including infrastructure and user experience optimization with Citrix Xenapp and other platforms.
Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD, Citrix, and VMWare ESXi Administration, Performance Optimization, and Support.
Microsoft 365 Cloud Service and Security Center Management and Support
Veeam Backup & Recovery Platform Administration, Moves, Adds, Changes, Maintenance, Monitoring and Support.
Advanced Sonicwall Firewall Management, Consulting, Implementation and Support - NSA Series and TZ Series
Security Platforms Administration including, SOC, SIEM, Full Security Stack, Sentinel One and Webroot
Administration and Support of MFA systems, cloud and account security and access.
Microsoft Active Directory Advanced Administration

Connectwise Manage General Administration and Support

Remote and onsite tech installation and support of Switches, Routers, Wireless, VLANS, Mult-media equipment, advanced Wifi configurations and related operations.
Remote and onsite Moves, Adds, Changes of PCs/laptops, printers, VOIP phones and other peripherals including coordination of equipment and onsite resources.
Remote and onsite Support for Moves, Adds, Changes of Network equipment, Firewalls, Modems, Routers, and wifi hardware.
Install, configure and repair hardware and software.
Systems and Network design and configuration of Servers, VoIP, Switches, Routers, Wireless, VLANS, advanced Wifi configuration
Provide technical support to business managers and principals remotely and onsite
Interact with end-users with exceptional customer service skill remotely
Maintain service documentation and real-time ticket data entry and ticket planning/prioritization/scheduling.
Assist as escalation as needed with Adds, Changes and support for Active Directory and Microsoft 365
End-user VoIP Systems Support including moves, adds, changes, mobile, web and desktop apps, as well as physical phones including programming user options and PBX features.
Supporting networking devices including switches, routers, wifi equipment and firewalls
Support of MAC, Windows, Android and iOS operating systems and applications
Daily ongoing Hands-on support and end-user interaction and communications.
Must have broad technical background and experience
Complete all related Scopes of Work, Plans, BOMs, Executive Summaries and Project Plans
Complete related Hardware and Software audits, compose and plan required vendor and supplier agreements and contracts.
Implement and Manage network monitoring and optimization tools
Level 1 / Level 2 IT Services escalation point.
Level 1-3 Client-facing consulting, calls, issue resolution, and support
