Description
Join our practice in Albuquerque, NM, where CRNAs and MDs practice independently in a collaborative anesthesiology team. You'll join a collegial team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists who prioritize interprofessional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients the best possible anesthetic care.
CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc. A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency. Willing to mentor for blocks and lines. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA who wants to escape the ACT and begin independent practice or a motivated new graduate hoping to practice to the full scope of their license.
Weekday call is approximately 3x/mo (1st, 2nd, or 3rd call). Weekend call is approximately every 6th weekend. Holiday call is approximately one holiday/year.
Case Variety: general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, peds ENT, GI, urology, spine, neuro. No trauma, cardiac or thoracic.

$8K Annual Bonus Potential (paid quarterly)
