  • Professional and efficient delivery of food from kitchen to the correct table
  • Assuring that kitchen understands completely all special food requests. It will be extremely important that the runner is absolutely clear as to any specifics as to how the food should be prepared before it leaves the kitchen, i.e. temperatures of meat items, sauce on the side, substitutions, etc.
  • Working closely with the server on the timing of all food items, being the server’s link to the kitchen for special food orders
  • Expertly and professionally execute opening and closing side work
  • Assist the bus team in the removal and restocking of all dining materials (plates, silver, glassware, etc…)
