We hope you'll join us in this journey!<br><br><strong>What You Will Do: </strong><br><br>As the Plant Manager, you will manage the operations for the plant - including production, scheduling, warehousing, maintenance, and facilities to ensure OCE (on-time, complete, and error-free) goals are attained within budget and resource guidelines. <br><br><strong>What You Will Accomplish:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Leads and managers production and scheduling, following customer expectations, to ensure on-time, complete, and error-free shipments.</li><li>Manages and controls the related costs of operations to ensure budget goals are attained.</li><li>Creates and encourages Lean-thinking and 5S initiatives within the facility to continually enhance quality, output, and delivery times.</li><li>Manages the safety and maintenance of the facility and equipment - initiating Capital Expense requests where applicable to ensure production and quality goals are met.</li><li>Leads, mentors, and develops team members to continually grow competencies within the facility while creating a collaborative work environment to retain top talent.</li><li>Interfaces with customers, Customer Service, and vendors to ensure smooth processes for all parties.</li><li>Manages and maintains inventory levels to ensure adequate inventory of production supplies and materials are available to meet production goals.</li></ul><br><strong>Position Requirements:</strong><br><br><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or other related field; Will consider combination of coursework and experience </li><li><strong>Experience:</strong>7+ years of progressive leadership/supervisory experience within a Manufacturing Environment Lean or Six Sigma certifications highly preferred, but not required</li><li><strong>Functional Skills: </strong> Exceptional experience in budgeting, planning, and production scheduling; previous experience with Quality Management Systems; Exceptional background in developing, implementing, and executing strategies to enhance production operations; strong understanding of the complete supply chain process; Excellent understanding of safety/OSHA regulations; Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized; demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and grow team members; strong people-management experience</li><li><strong>Technology Aptitude/Skills: </strong>Proficient with Microsoft Office; Previous experience with ERP systems</li><li><strong>Language Skills: </strong>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li><strong>Leadership/Behaviors: </strong>Servant leadership mentality; Comfortable being a change-agent; Comfortable taking initiative and leveraging resources; Ability to take a vision and execute a plan; strong sense of urgency and determination; Willing to solicit feedback; ability to motivate and rally teams; flexible and adaptable; High-energy, motivated, and driven</li><li><strong>Culture Match Behaviors: </strong>Professional in appearance, supportive, and collaborative; Excellent listening skills with an ability to respond effectively</li></ul><br><strong>Other Important Information: </strong> <br><br><strong>Salary</strong>: Salary is commensurate with proven expertise. <br><br><strong>Reports To: </strong>Unit General Manager <br><br><strong>Core Hours: </strong>7:00am-6:00pm (schedule can be somewhat flexible within this timeframe; 8-9 hours/day on average)<br><br><strong>Typical Work Week: </strong>M-F; occasional weekend hours; 45 hours a week on average<br><br><strong>Direct Reports: </strong>5 direct reports and 75 indirect<br><br><strong>Work Conditions: </strong>Primarily an office and manufacturing environment<br><br><strong>Travel: </strong>Limited
