Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with our medical team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and collection of clinical data.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including ordering diagnostic tests and administering medications.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York.
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of patient interaction.
