Job Title- Physical Therapist- Sign on bonus $5,000
Salary: $85,829-$110,000 per year DOE
Job Type: Full-time

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Active, WA PT license in good standing.
  • Ability to legally work in the US.
Desired Skills, Experience and Education:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • 2+ years of experience
Day-to-day work:
  • Provide an accurate, detailed physical evaluation and assessment prior to the client's entrance into their respective programs (PT, Work Conditioning, Work Hardening, Brain Injury, etc.)
  • Develop individualized physical therapy programs for each client based on the clients' needs, both from the physical assessment and from their personal goals.
  • Maintain accurate and pertinent treatment records that accurately capture changes in the client's functional status.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences, client-care planning, and/or program development meetings.
  • Coordinate treatment regimens and programs with the client and the other members of the team.
  • Provide assessment and follow-up assessment and develop a plan for the client's independent home program or further follow-up as required.
