About the Role
BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient clinic setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with various physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Conduct patient education and training sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
