About Your Role Reporting into the Chief Solutions Officer, the Vice President of Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. What You’ll Do

Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization's operations division Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems Partner with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials Ensure departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organization's business plan and vision Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects Establish and administer the operation department's budget Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the chief executive officer and other senior leadership Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations and systems management Identify training needs and ensure proper training is developed and provided Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications

15+ years experience in senior operational leadership roles, ideally in Fintech, Software or Services Phenomenal leader with demonstrated success building and scaling teams in a high growth, fast paced, remote first environment Expert at process design and software implementation and maintenance at scale Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Looker, Power BI and CPQ Ability to articulate your vision as a leader while demonstrating a strong ability to think strategically and act tactically while driving influence across the organization Excellent presentation and communication skills, must be able to clearly articulate goals and status updates on company wide initiatives A leader who is analytical and a true data-driven problem solver Previous experience with contracts, procurement, and billing Previous experience managing relationships with executives and business partners Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google IT stacks Previous experience with SOC types 1 and 2 and SOX compliance Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field At Juniper Square, we believe building a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture makes us a better company. Compensation Compensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable. Benefits Include
