Greenway Mazda is seeking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at our new car automotive dealership in Houston, Texas. The Customer Relationship Manager will implement, coordinate, train and guide our team with appropriate and proven techniques to effectively solve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities :
  • Manage all customer relationships to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and implement customer retention strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers receive a seamless experience.
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team on customer service best practices.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer relationship management or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of automotive systems like eLeads
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly professional and dependable.
  • Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
