Responsibilities Constructs, maintains, and remodels buildings or related structures. Installs, fixes, or modifies all aspects of a building, including walls, ceilings, floors, and stairs, as well as related structures like railings, doors, windows, and air conditioning systems. Follow blueprints and plans to ensure requirements and specifications are met. Observes all worksite safety procedures and guidelines. Inspects buildings to determine repair that needs to be done. Reports to a supervisor or manager. Works under moderate supervision.

Qualifications 1-3 years of related experience or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification. An apprenticeship and/or formal training may be required. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Education High school diploma.

Travel Requirements This position will involve no travel.
