We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Oncology Registered Nurse (Blood Cancer Focus) to join our team at Medical City Dallas. Our nurses play a crucial role in providing exceptional care for our patients. If you are passionate about oncology nursing and want to make a difference in the lives of patients, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care for oncology patients, with a focus on blood cancer and related disorders
- Assess patients' health status and needs, collaborating with the healthcare team
- Create and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Deliver patient education on health promotion and management
- Registered Nurse with current licensure
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (obtainable within 60 months of employment start date)
- ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Provider (obtainable within 60 days of employment start date)
- Prior experience in oncology, BMT, critical care, ICU, or PCU
