Maintenance Manager - Equipment Technical Specialist

A leading technology and innovation company, Southwire Company, LLC, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee equipment technical maintenance at our facility in Denton. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for directing maintenance personnel, coordinating repairs and installations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, supervisory experience, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with external contractors for equipment installations
• Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of machinery
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for procurement
• Provide leadership in Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and safety departments to optimize production
• Meet production and delivery deadlines

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Prior technical supervisory experience
• 5+ years of electrical and mechanical experience with manufacturing equipment
• Proficiency in digital controls troubleshooting
• Effective communication and computer skills
