Pharmacy Technician ($17-22/hr) Full Time/Benefits

*Position Overview:*

*Job Duties:*

* Typing Prescriptions correctly and Entering data into computer system to fill prescriptions " PioneerRX"
* Calling and helping customers, take orders and help with questions and complaints.
* Assists in maintaining logs, documents and any required paperwork.
* Compounding in Hazardous & Non Hazardous Labs
* Weighing, mixing and packaging of medication, reviewing and coordinating accurate and timely delivery to the customer.
* Assists in maintaining a clean, safe work environment, checking equipment for calibration, safety and cleanliness.
* Working under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, fills prescriptions and prepares RXs and compounds of quality, compliant with State Board of Pharmacy regulations.

*Required Skills and Abilities*

* 2 years experience
* *Active State Pharmacy Technician license*
* Ability to work independently
* Responsible
* Ability to *problem-solve and prioritize tasks*.
* Strong Organizational skills.
* Experience in non-sterile compounding is required for compounding positions

*Job Type:* Full-time, Benefits (Health Insurance, PTO, OT)

*Compensation:* Hourly; $17-22 per hour

*Preferred Education & Experience:*

* Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
* PioneerRx Processing System
* LifeFile Processing System
