As a full-time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Clinical Manager, you will utilize your clinical knowledge and a strong clinical team in a progressive healthcare environment to lead the clinical pharmacy programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leading clinical pharmacy programs and services including but not limited to Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, Pain stewardship, Hospital Medicine Team meetings
Developing drug policy to support optimal pharmaceutical care by assessing, developing, coordinate, implementing, and maintaining clinical pharmacy programs and services.
Developing and implementing an Annual Clinical Plan with the Director of Pharmacy and the Regional Vice President of Clinical Service.
Provide a leadership role in the development and maintenance of drug policy that promotes optimal cost-effective pharmaceutical care for all patients.
Contribute to development and maintenance of clinically relevant tools to support clinical programs and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours a week primarily daytime hours. The position may be required to work some extended hours which may include some evenings and weekends as business necessitates.

About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open 24/7.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy OR Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
3 years of clinical hospital pharmacist experience
Clinical management experience within a Health System
Ohio licensure in good standing
Proven experience applying knowledge of Antimicrobial Stewardship in a hospital inpatient setting is strongly preferred.
Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets and pharmacy information systems
Effective communications skills; verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:

Pharm.D from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy.
Completion of a PGY-2 Residency in an applicable clinical field and Clinical hospital pharmacy experience OR;
Completion of a PGY-1 Residency AND Board Certified in an applicable clinical field and clinical hospital pharmacy experience OR;
Completion of a PGY-1 Residency AND 3 years of clinical hospital pharmacist experience OR;
5 years of proven clinical hospital pharmacist experience.

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

TB GOLD test – skin test not accepted
(MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
Hep B3 Series (or declination)
(Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
COVID Vaccine-Full
Respirator FIT Mask Test
