Practice Information
Keith E. RPH, PharmD – Pharmacist
Staff of (2) techs and (3) clerks (typically 3 team members per day
Average of 200 scripts per day
Retail and clinic are 340B (Not accepting Medicare B)
EMR – Cerner
Wholesalers: McEssen & CHC
Schedule: Mon. – Fri. (9 AM to 6 PM)
Financial Package
Compensation: $68.06 to $77.82 (based on exp.)
Sign-on bonus: $15K (after 90 days)
Annual Retention bonus: $10K (eligible after 1st year)
Relocation Assistance: How much and how is it reimbursed?
Benefits coverage begins the first month after the first 30 days of employment
Tuition/Education/Scholarship: Up to $5,000 annually for three years.
