Pharmacist in Charge

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all pharmacy operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services.

*Responsibilities*
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures
- Conduct utilization review and management to optimize patient care
- Provide critical care consultations to healthcare providers
- Perform medical management activities to enhance patient outcomes
- Conduct patient assessments and offer pain management solutions
- Deliver exceptional patient service with a focus on pediatrics
- Utilize physiology knowledge to enhance patient care

*Experience*
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Active pharmacist license in good standing
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting
- Strong background in utilization review, utilization management, and critical care
- Proficiency in medical management and patient assessment
- Excellent patient service skills with a focus on pediatrics
- In-depth knowledge of pain management and physiology
