- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee medication dispensing and compounding processes
- Conduct patient assessments and provide medication therapy management
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Implement utilization management strategies to enhance medication safety and efficacy
- Provide expertise in IV infusion therapy and emergency room (ER) pharmaceutical services
*Requirements*
- Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active pharmacist license in good standing
- Proven experience in acute care settings, including ICU and critical care units
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, and drug interactions
- Exceptional patient service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in pain management, patient assessment, and utilization management is advantageous
