Northampton Family Medicine Northampton Family Medicine is an award-winning family practice housed in Cooley Dickinson's multispecialty medical facility located at 22 Atwood Drive, Suite 201 in Northampton, MA. As a Family Medicine office, we offer comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, newborn through adult. Are you ready to bring your talent to this practice and join us in moving health care forward? Role Overview We are seeking full-time, Hybrid 40-hour RNs to support our onsite, Monday through Friday. We are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, so schedules are staggered accordingly. The Hybrid schedule consists of 3 remote days, and we are flexible on what days! Dedicated to phone triage, the Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results. Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required * Current Massachusetts licensure as an RN required * Current American Heart Association BLS certification required * Family Medicine/Primary Care Nursing experience preferred
