Description
This position is for a per diem crisis clinician providing night shift coverage and response to calls coming through the 211 crisis hotline. Responsibilities include triaging behavioral health crisis calls, responding to requests for behavioral health assessments, and providing crisis intervention and short-term counseling to individuals and families in crisis. A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and three years' experience providing direct services to psychiatric patients and substance use population are required. A valid driver's license and active CT license in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marital & Family Therapy are also necessary.
