Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist - Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to infants, children, and adolescents with musculoskeletal problems and developmental delays. Your primary goal will be to improve motor development, strength, range of motion, endurance, balance, coordination, and gait difficulties.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve motor function, strength, and range of motion.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
