Healthcare Agency looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join its team. Candidates must have excellent data entry skills, verbal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The payroll clerk l will work closely with our clients to ensure all contracts are accurately maintained.

*Responsibilities*
* Maintain payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data
* Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions, and saving deductions
* Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave, and non-taxable wages
* Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
* Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures

*Qualifications:*
* MS Excel is a must
* MS Outlook is a must
* 40 WPM
* Ability to work independently
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
