Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor for our Patient Access department, responsible for overseeing operations, staff, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience and a strong background in healthcare, particularly in patient billing and insurance processes.
Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the Patient Access team, ensuring duties are fulfilled and quality standards are met.

Training: Conduct Meditech training for ADM users and decentralized Access areas, ensuring proficiency and compliance.
-
Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure accuracy and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements through quality assurance duties.

Shift Coverage: Flexibly cover open or vacant shifts as needed to maintain departmental operations.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with hospital departments and external customers to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven experience in healthcare, specifically in patient billing and/or working with insurance providers.
