*Education/Qualifications*
* High School diploma required
* Minimum of 1 year of medical office experience preferred
* Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and basic medical terminology
* EMR experience, Epic preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
