As the Customer Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with a delightful and entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of shopping and content.

Responsibilities: • Be responsible for product roadmap and product strategy design and providing TikTok users with great shopping experience and product solution. • Be responsible for daily team management and cooperation with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications • Experience as a product manager or product developer. • Excellent communication skills, data driven ability, and be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations. • Collaborate with cross function teams to define business strategy and product roadmap; provide localized shopping experience.

Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or above. • 5 years work experience in customer facing products. • Have a good understanding of e-commerce platforms, business and customers, and the ability to understand the new business models. • Experience in social commerce, video user experiences, or creator ecosystems • Experience developing ranking or recommendation products in partnership with AI/ML teams
