Part-Time Driver Operations

<b>Job Description</b> <br> <br> <b>Position Overview: </b>This role will engage in a range of responsibilities including general lot maintenance, receiving and delivering product, grounds maintenance and equipment compliance.<br> <br> <b>Duties and Responsibilities: </b> <br> <br>Include but are not limited to<br> <ul> <li>Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products</li> <li>Operate tender trucks to provide product to custom application equipment</li> <li>Ensure safety compliance</li> <li>Assist in equipment maintenance</li> <li>Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including mowing, spraying weeds, and moving snow</li> <li>Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments to the location manager</li> <li>Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures</li> <li>May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals</li> <li>Serve as a backup to Applicators</li></ul> <br> <b>Skills and Qualifications:</b> <br> <ul> <li>Class A or B CDL preferred, or ability to obtain Ag CDL</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communications skills</li> <li>Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment skills</li> <li>Possess a positive attitude, high energy, and focused attention to detail</li> <li>Must have a high sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong customer service and team player attitude</li> <li>Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons</li> <li>Territory and agriculture knowledge is a plus</li> <li>Hazmat endorsement a plus</li> <li>Acceptable driving history</li></ul> <br> <b>Physical Requirements:</b> <br> <ul> <li>Bending and climbing in and out of the truck</li> <li>Lift 40+lbs unassisted</li></ul><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/YmJnZW5lcmljLjEwNjIzLjEyNTI0QGNvYWxsaWFuY2Vjb21wLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif">
