Duties include but are not limited to:

Inputting Payables (Peachtree/OneWrite)

Checking Vendor Invoices

Running Credit Checks

Filing

Answering Phones

OSHA/EPA Compliance

Ordering Supplies/Overseeing Office and Common Area Maintenance

Pre- Press/Bindery/Fulfillment Handwork (only occasionally)

Applicant must:

Work independently

Pay attention to detail

Have good communication and organization skills

Competent using Word and Excel
