As part of a diverse and skilled Operations Team, you will receive/send and coordinate all incoming and outgoing image cash letters. Monitor and follow procedures for mainframe operations. Print and process client deposit statements. Process all outgoing image return items.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Follow daily procedures for Statement Processing
  • Provide phone support for all operations issues
  • Provide backup phone support for UFS
  • Monitor and follow written procedures for Mainframe operations
  • Perform various health checks on systems and applications throughout shift
  • Verify receipt of incoming cash letters from various sources
  • Consolidate image cash letters from banks and merchant customers throughout day
  • Balance image runs and record deposit totals
  • Create/Export transit files through Transaction Content Manager Program
  • Export jobs to the host and export images out of TCM in a timely fashion
  • Send transit files to various endpoints according to set time frames
  • Balance/import and create export file on all outgoing return items
  • Follow guidelines set forth for DVD maintenance for archival purposes
  • Paper Maintenance in regard to Recycling and Shredding
  • Process any incoming director keyword changes or statement reprint requests
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Previous banking experience required
