We are currently seeking an excellent Outside Sales Representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. If you have a proven track record of outside selling and are looking for a lucrative outside sales position that provides you with the flexibility, support, and compensation to help you shine, we want to connect!

Compensation:

$80,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including businesses, municipalities, and government entities.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Present and demonstrate our range of products (Honda, Kubota, Polaris, and Scag) to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the outdoor power equipment industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the needs and purchasing processes of businesses, municipalities, and government entities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
