The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and creating effective treatment plans. This role requires maintaining patient confidentiality and creating a positive, encouraging environment to help patients achieve their goals. The therapist will utilize their training and skills to aid in healing, recovery, pain management, and functional independence. This position involves examining patients, implementing treatment plans, and executing daily care.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • CPR License
  • Experience/knowledge with an EMR software is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

What You'll Do:

  • Collect and record patient care data in accordance with regulations
  • Prepare and conduct patient evaluations
  • Establish and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Provide education/training to patients and support system
  • Oversee support staff
