On this team you can expect to support various applications including the primary system-of-record. We take an Agile/DevOps/ITIL approach to owning, supporting, and iterating on our applications and processes. We continually strive to automate 'all the things' and focus on improving and iterating on processes we've built. About the Job Implement technical changes to our environments with an automation-forward mindset

Address operational issues according to service level agreements

Perform root cause analysis and outline changes to prevent identified issues from recurring

Work to convert manual and time-consuming processes into automation

Work to continually identify and improve upon existing automation

Strive to reach 100% observability of application and deployment metrics

Strive to keep team documentation up-to-date and well organized

Perform audits of access and processes for governance and compliance

We're looking for an engineer with 5+ years' experience in some or all of the following technologies: Windows 2016+/Linux (RHEL8, Ubuntu 19+) Operating Systems

Infrastructure-as-Code languages such as Ansible and Terraform

On-premises experience with vmware/vsphere

Cloud Infrastructure experience within AWS

CI/CD Pipelines using Azure Pipelines or similar

Scripting Languages such as Powershell, Python, or similar

Firewall Rules/Filtering troubleshooting (Palo Alto or similar)

Infrastructure for Microsoft SQL Server 2016+ - including SQL AlwaysOn Availability Groups

ServiceNOW for ITIL

Infrastructure for Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) 2016+

C&R Software DebtManager 11.1+

JBoss EAP 7.x / Java 8.x

Apache 2.4.x
