This role is integral to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art machinery and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs on various types of machinery and equipment. Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot complex issues and develop long-term solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
• Assist in the implementation of new machinery and equipment, including setup, testing, and initial operation.
• Comply with all safety and operational guidelines and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices related to machinery maintenance and repair.

• Minimum experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in mechanical repair is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of various types of machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
• Excellent technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy machinery and equipment.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety and operational procedures and guidelines.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical repair or a related field would be an advantage.
