Shift: Days / 9a-5:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, every third weekend

Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:

• IL License
• Minimum 1 year experience
• BLS
• Cerner experience preferred
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Level II trauma experience preferred.

• Required Cardiopulmonary/Circulatory Skills/Experience: Breathing Techniques, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Myocardial Infarction (MI), Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD)

• Required Orthopedics Skills/Experience: Ankle sprains, Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD), Degenerative Joint Disease (DDD), Elbow injuries/tendinopathy, Extremity Mobilization, Frozen shoulder, Gait training, Hand injuries/tendinopathy, Hip fractures/injuries, Knee injuries/tendinopathy, LE Amputations, Low back pain, Lumbar Traction, Myofascial Release, Osteoarthritis, Post op cervical surgery, Post op shoulder repair, Post op spinal surgery, Prosthetic training, Sciatica, Spinal Conditions, Spinal mobilization, Taping, Total hip replacement, Total knee replacement, UE Amputations
• Required Neurologic Case Skills/Experience: Cognitive disorders, Concussion, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular dystrophy, Nerve palsy, Neurodevelopmental Technique (NDT), Parkinson’s disease, Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain Injury
• Required Modality Skills/Experience: TENS, Ultrasound
• Required Billing Skills/Experience: Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare A, Medicare B, Private Pay, Worker's Compensation. State license required. Required Age specific competencies: Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, and Older Adult

If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section.
