Valet Lead

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Plans and directs the daily operations of the Valet function on assigned shift.
•Observes activities and procedures of valet team members, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of assigned shift.
•Operates, parks and retrieves guest vehicles in a safe manner, as needed.
•Oversees the cost-efficiency, staffing and uniform standards of valet team members on assigned shift.
•Ensures that the work areas for valet team members are kept clean, neat and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
•Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
•Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
•Motivates valet team members on assigned shift consistently.
•Directly supervises the activities of the valet attendants.
•Valet Unsanitary Vehicles
•Working outside in adverse weather: Rain, Snow, Ice, Extreme Heat
•Acts as an Ambassador for RHC
•Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
•High school diploma or GED required.
•Must possess a valid driver's license from the State and a good driving record.
